Our puppies are sold on a first-paid- first-serve basis.
$200 (non-refundable) deposit will hold the puppy of your choice.

Puppy Sales Contract
- Dixieland Kennel hereby sells to Buyer, CKC registered Cross Bred, ___________________________, This puppy was born __________________, by parents ______________ & ________________. Payment of $______________ was made for said puppy on _________________________.
- Dixieland Kennel guarantees that the puppy is free of congenital or hereditary defects to the best of our knowledge. The Buyer is encouraged to see your Vet for a wellness checkup within 7 days of purchase.
- The buyer will receive compensation if a puppy has any congenital or hereditary defects which result in death or in its having to be euthanized within 1 years of date of birth. If upon documentation from a licensed veterinarian that a defect has manifested itself, and that this defect is truly genetic and not environmentally caused, seller will reimburse buyer one-half of the purchase price of puppy, or offer to replace puppy if replacement is available.
- This puppy is sold as a companion animal, and no warranties are given as to breeding ability. No warranty is given as to size and weight that this puppy will attain. No warranty is given concerning the level of shedding this puppy may exhibit. No warranty is given in regards to the temperament of this puppy.
- We cannot guarantee any sickness due to stress related conditions due to shipping or moving to a new home. We do not guarantee against Kennel cough, low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia), ear mites, fleas or ticks. These issues are treated by us on a regular basis.
- If exchange or replacement puppy is needed the Buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping/return to Dixieland Kennel.
- The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.
